You can buy 3/16 inch dowels, tape them onto the top of a 2×4, clamp them onto a vice, take a palm or orbital sander and sand them to a half round. Then wood glue them onto the missing trim areas. It did this with my similar dresser and you can’t tell where I replaced the trim.
