Yes, I think gluing the canvas onto the plywood board would definitely help it be more sturdy and give it the support that it needs. Hopefully that helps and good luck to you!

My question is I like to buy canvas pictures and put a rustic frame around them. Would you glue the canvas right onto the plywood board? I have been using cardboard but this is just falling apart. I’m assuming because the frame dousnt have the support it needs. What are your thoughts on this.
